Intro
My professional roots lie in music, nightlife and culture. Over the past years I have built my career across different roles in the music and events industry, ranging from marketing and artist management to camping operations and creative production. As the founder of my own event company I learned what it means to create concepts from scratch, build communities and take full responsibility for both the creative and commercial side. These experiences shaped the way I understand culture as a driver of connection, identity and brand relevance.

Experience
I have explored a wide range of functions within the cultural, event and music sector and worked with leading organizations including ID&T, Kultlab, Broeikas Events, Top Notch/Noah’s Ark, Elrow, Q-Dance, Chasing the Hihat and Dutchband. This journey gave me the chance to collaborate with artists, producers and cultural communities at every level, from grassroots projects to large-scale international festivals. Founding and running my own company gave me hands-on experience in entrepreneurship, partnerships and the realities of building culture-driven projects.

Positioning
This background gave me a unique perspective. I know culture from the inside out, and it allows me to design strategies and activations that resonate authentically with communities while delivering measurable brand impact.
